Me gusta recalcar esa definici\u00f3n redundante que escuch\u00e9 al principio de mis aprendizajes en responsabilidad social. En el fondo es una circunstancia \u00e9tica frente a una conciencia coherente que define la capacidad de generar confianza o no, y es aplicable para personas y\/o entidades.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00fan, despu\u00e9s de tantos a\u00f1os, una gran mayor\u00eda de dirigentes y l\u00edderes empresariales contin\u00faan recurriendo a acciones de RS para mejorar el posicionamiento de marca personal y\/o empresarial, como si \u2018la conciencia y lo debido\u2019 pudieran ser transaccionales.<\/p>\n<p>Sigo observando con tristeza como desperdicia el tiempo (como si no fuera importante dejar un legado) nuestra administraci\u00f3n en tomar decisiones ego\u00edstas, sin visi\u00f3n de largo (o mediano) plazo, solo para hallar r\u00e9ditos sociales (y pol\u00edticos) que no conllevan a ninguna transformaci\u00f3n. De hecho, \u00a1Qu\u00e9 auscencia de buen liderazgo en nuestra sociedad!<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Requerimos una metamorfosis del pensamiento humano. La naturaleza nos lo reclama con urgencia y con ello nuevas reflexiones para el futuro. Se requieren estrategias y acciones de largo plazo, especialmente para la formaci\u00f3n de conciencias comprometidas con el bienestar com\u00fan.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Me encantan los j\u00f3venes que genuinamente han \u2018aprehendido\u2019 la necesidad de construir un mundo mejor.
