{"id":4443,"date":"2021-04-30T01:26:28","date_gmt":"2021-04-30T01:26:28","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsrevista.org\/edicion94\/?p=4443"},"modified":"2021-05-06T15:30:03","modified_gmt":"2021-05-06T15:30:03","slug":"informe-de-sostenibilidad-claro-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsrevista.org\/edicion94\/informe-de-sostenibilidad-claro-2020-20210430\/","title":{"rendered":"Informe de Sostenibilidad Claro &#8211; 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Claro Colombia, present\u00f3 su <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.claro.com.co\/portal\/recursos\/co\/pdf\/Informe_de_Sostenibilidad_Claro_2020.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Informe de Sostenibilidad 2020<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> en el cual reafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con ofrecer la mejor experiencia a sus clientes, el fortalecimiento de sus canales digitales y la conectividad a m\u00e1s de 36 millones de clientes durante la pandemia.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda finaliz\u00f3 el a\u00f1o con m\u00e1s de <\/span><strong>33 millones de conexiones m\u00f3viles<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> (25.2 en modalidad prepago y 7.7 en postpago), y m\u00e1s de 3.1 millones de suscriptores en servicios hogar. Avanzando en el despliegue de 4G y 4.5G, alcanz\u00f3 cobertura con <\/span><strong>tecnolog\u00edas m\u00f3viles en el 99.6% de las cabeceras municipales del pa\u00eds.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Para hacer frente a los impactos econ\u00f3micos generados por la pandemia, Claro lider\u00f3 acciones para cuidar y preservar la salud de todas las personas, y asegurar la prestaci\u00f3n y calidad de las soluciones y servicios de telecomunicaciones que mantuvieron conectado al pa\u00eds. Por ello, llev\u00f3 internet y comunicaci\u00f3n a los territorios m\u00e1s apartados de Colombia y a las poblaciones m\u00e1s vulnerables, instalando <\/span><strong>225 nuevas estaciones base<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y brind\u00e1ndoles <\/span><strong>internet gratuito a 1.441 familias colombianas<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">de estratos 1 y 2.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Desde <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Claro por Colombia, <\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">programa de sostenibilidad de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">,<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> se puso a disposici\u00f3n de los colombianos las plataformas desarrolladas por la Fundaci\u00f3n Carlos Slim para fortalecer y aprender habilidades de educaci\u00f3n y formaci\u00f3n para el empleo. Como resultado, en 2020 m\u00e1s de <\/span><strong>139.867 usuarios en el pa\u00eds accedieron a los contenidos de \u2018Aprende.org\u2019, 976.997 a \u2018Pru\u00e9baT\u2019<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">y <\/span><strong>602.355<\/strong> a<span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> \u2018Capac\u00edtate<\/span> para el Empleo\u2019<span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Adem\u00e1s, por medio del programa <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Escuelas Conectadas<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, Claro proporcion\u00f3 internet a 11 instituciones educativas, garantizando el <\/span><b>acceso gratuito a m\u00e1s de 22 mil estudiantes, educadores y personal directivo<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b><br \/>\n<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por \u00faltimo, consciente de su rol ante el cambio clim\u00e1tico, instal\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado 43 estaciones base, 19 de ellas con sistemas h\u00edbridos de energ\u00eda con paneles solares, lo que permiti\u00f3 contribuir a la disminuci\u00f3n de impactos significativos sobre el medio ambiente, logrando que <\/span><strong>el 77,44% de la energ\u00eda consumida fuera limpia y renovable.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>En esta nueva entrega la compa\u00f1\u00eda eafirm\u00f3 su compromiso con ofrecer la mejor experiencia a sus clientes, el fortalecimiento de sus canales digitales y la conectividad a m\u00e1s de 36 millones de clientes durante la pandemia.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":1,"featured_media":4485,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"footnotes":""},"categories":[36],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-4443","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-informacion-responsable"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v23.9 -
