As\u00ed, m\u00e1s de <\/span><strong>4,9 millones de usuarios se sumaron<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">al ecosistema digital de la compa\u00f1\u00eda y se animaron a vender a trav\u00e9s de Mercado Libre y <\/span><strong>105 millones de personas&nbsp; pagaron productos o servicios a trav\u00e9s de Mercado Pago<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong>.<\/strong> En 2020 tambi\u00e9n se impuls\u00f3 la generaci\u00f3n&nbsp; de empleo en la regi\u00f3n con la creaci\u00f3n de m\u00e1s<\/span> <strong>de 7.200 puestos de trabajo.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>La pandemia plante\u00f3 un nuevo reto para los proyectos de comunidad: llevar muchos de ellos al&nbsp; universo digital.<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La organizaci\u00f3n brind\u00f3 la ayuda necesaria frente a la emergencia sanitaria,&nbsp; acompa\u00f1ando a quienes m\u00e1s los necesitaban: m\u00e1s de <\/span><strong>3 millones de d\u00f3lares fueron movilizados para&nbsp; acompa\u00f1ar a la comunidad durante el COVID-19.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Por \u00faltimo, estos resultados tambi\u00e9n reflejan que para Mercado Libre la <\/span><strong>sustentabilidad es un modo de hacer,<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">que atraviesa a todas las \u00e1reas del negocio. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La compa\u00f1\u00eda trabaja para medir y mitigar el impacto <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ambiental, apostando a una movilidad sustentable y a la adopci\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables. As\u00ed, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">ampli\u00f3 su flota el\u00e9ctrica y promovi\u00f3 la adopci\u00f3n de soluciones innovadoras a lo largo de <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">&nbsp;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">toda la cadena de valor. En 2020 sumaron <\/span><strong>m\u00e1s de 70 veh\u00edculos el\u00e9ctricos<\/strong> <span style=\"font-weight: 400\">a su flota, e instalaron&nbsp; <\/span><strong>1.900 paneles solares <\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">en sus Centros de Distribuci\u00f3n.
