{"id":3685,"date":"2020-10-25T21:35:08","date_gmt":"2020-10-25T21:35:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/rsrevista.org\/edicion93\/?p=3685"},"modified":"2020-10-31T20:58:47","modified_gmt":"2020-10-31T20:58:47","slug":"exitosa-emision-de-bonos-verdes-de-isa","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/rsrevista.org\/edicion93\/exitosa-emision-de-bonos-verdes-de-isa-20201025\/","title":{"rendered":"Exitosa emisi\u00f3n de bonos verdes de ISA"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Como parte de su estrategia integral de sostenibilidad, el grupo ISA realiz\u00f3 su primera emisi\u00f3n de bonos verdes en Colombia por un valor de <\/span><b>COP 300.000 millones.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Los recursos contribuir\u00e1n con la conexi\u00f3n de energ\u00edas renovables no&nbsp; convencionales al Sistema Interconectado Nacional &#8211; SIN, mediante la&nbsp; financiaci\u00f3n de dos proyectos: <\/span><b><i>Interconexi\u00f3n Costa Caribe 500 kV<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> e <\/span><b><i>Interconexi\u00f3n&nbsp; Cuestecitas &#8211; Copey &#8211; Fundaci\u00f3n Copey &#8211; Fundaci\u00f3n 220 kV.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/i><\/b><\/p>\n<p class=\"eut-dropcap\">Esta emisi\u00f3n representa un hito en el pa\u00eds, ya que se trata de la primera emisi\u00f3n de bonos verdes de una empresa del sector real en el mercado p\u00fablico de valores. Sin embargo, el Grupo ISA ya cuenta con experiencia en la emisi\u00f3n de bonos verdes, ISA CTEEP fue la primera empresa del grupo y la primera en el segmento de transmisi\u00f3n de energ\u00eda en realizar una operaci\u00f3n con\u201cdebentures verdes\u00bb en Brasil por BRL 621 millones con una sobredemanda de 2,5 veces. La filial Consorcio Transmantaro, fue la primera en Per\u00fa en emitir bonos verdes en el mercado de capitales internacional por USD 400&nbsp; millones con una sobredemanda de 5,7.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">La selecci\u00f3n de los proyectos obedece a una identificaci\u00f3n de sus beneficios&nbsp; ambientales tangibles, adem\u00e1s del cumplimiento de los <\/span><b><i>Principios de los Bonos&nbsp; Verdes (Green Bond Principles &#8211; GBP)<\/i><\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> y otros est\u00e1ndares de sostenibilidad&nbsp; reconocidos internacionalmente.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Esta emisi\u00f3n de bonos verdes corresponde a las subseries A9 (COP Tasa Fija) y G20 (UVR Tasa Fija) del D\u00e9cimo Cuarto Tramo del Programa de Emisi\u00f3n y Colocaci\u00f3n de Valores de Deuda P\u00fablica Interna de ISA. El monto total demandado ascendi\u00f3 a COP 760.796 millones, con una sobredemanda de 2,54 veces. El valor en pesos de los t\u00edtulos emitidos en UVR, fue calculado con la UVR de la fecha de cumplimiento 14 de&nbsp; agosto de 2020: 274,6237.&nbsp;<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"eut-dropcap\">La colocaci\u00f3n se realiz\u00f3 a trav\u00e9s de la Bolsa de Valores de Colombia (BVC), bajo el&nbsp; mecanismo de subasta holandesa. Los agentes colocadores fueron BTG Pactual S.A.,&nbsp; Credicorp Capital Colombia S.A. y Valores Bancolombia S.A.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">El Programa de <\/span><b>Emisi\u00f3n y Colocaci\u00f3n de Valores de Deuda P\u00fablica Interna<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> de ISA&nbsp; cuenta con calificaci\u00f3n \u2018AAA\u2019, con perspectiva estable, otorgada por Fitch Ratings&nbsp; Colombia; lo que refleja el perfil de riesgo de negocio bajo de la empresa.
